Today, under the stewardship of Tom Sheldon and John Hawkins, Turkey Mill has re-captured its working past, although its occupants are more likely to talk about e-commerce than 'laid' paper. Many of the tenants are media companies or similar. Landteam has invested in excess of £2m in speculative refurbishment works to turn a mixed industrial estate into one of the most attractive office environments in the country. Furthermore there is a considerable interest in the 16,000 sq.ft new-build offices, Tolherst Court, programmed for 2002. These investments have paid dividends as Turkey Mill has remained fully let with a waiting list for office space.
