Edward Speir

Following a restructure in 2017, Edward set up a new partnership trading as Landteam with his father Adrian, to manage the Landteam Portfolio.  

After completing a degree at the University of Edinburgh, Edward trained as a solicitor in London and spent five years post qualification as a commercial lawyer specialising in real estate law. 

In 2009 Edward set up Greenleaf Commercial, a consultancy firm specialising in energy efficiency surveys for the commercial property sector and advising a number of his key clients on the impact of government’s energy efficiency legislation.  

After successfully developing this company from a start up, he joined Landteam in 2013 to work on property management and development, dividing his time between the two roles.
