Adrian Speir

Adrian Speir's highly focused and successful property management expertise led him, in 1980, to form Congreve and Company, with Ralph Congreve. This evolved into architecture/surveying specialist Congreve Horner and Company in 1984. In 1990 Adrian Speir and Ralph Congreve resigned from Congreve Horner to create a property company SSTC Group. In 2000, they dissolved SSTC and formed Landteam.

"I firmly believe that management skills are the key to success in the low inflation environment in which the propery industry currently operates," he says.

"Our hands-on approach has resulted in strong relationships with tenants, planners and property professionals throughout the UK."

Ralph Congreve

Ralph Congreve joined Healey & Baker in 1977, qualifying as an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 1980. He worked for Smith Milligan in Aberdeen before jointly establishing Congreve and Company.

"With, collectively, 50 years' experience in property - comprising involvement in surveying, architecture and finance - between us, Landteam has the ability to deliver a good product for occupiers and a healthy return on investments," he comments, "I'm confident our business centres and business parks - as well as our retail and industrial properties - are correctly located and show substantial potential for rental growth in the medium term."
